SPECIAL EVENT SETUP
Whether you are hosting President Carter at UCSD's Potiker Theater or Governor Schwarzenegger at UCSD's Faculty Club, Media Services will manage the audiovisual aspects of your event to ensure things go smoothly. We will make sure your presenters are heard, seen, videotaped, podcast, or even live-webcast and archived.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of equipment and number of staff requested for special events.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
A variety of equipment is available for rent with a campus recharge number. Media Services will even deliver, set up, and pick it up for you.
