Media Duplication Policies
Media Duplication is usually completed within three business days. For large quantity orders please call the Media Services Help Desk for a referral to an off-campus firm. Copyrighted material cannot be duplicated without written permission from the copyright holder.

Media Duplication Transfer and Conversion Pricing
Transfers or conversions from one format to another are $25 per hour with a half hour minimum.

Duplications of mini-DV, DVCAM, VHS, or any media not listed on this page are $25 per hour with a half hour minimum. Blank media is additional.

Duplication prices of Audio Cassettes, DVDs, CDs, and DVD DLs are listed below. In order to make duplications in these formats there must be a master copy in the same format. If a master copy needs to be made the cost is $25 per hour with a half hour minimum, after which duplications can be made for the prices listed below.
